Special Saturday at Radio Solent!

Yesterday was my special day at Radio Solent to appear on the Sasha Twining show. Nervous as I was, I was invited to appear on her show to review the Saturday morning papers and join the Experts Corner. It was an early rise for us all but once we had found the studios in Southampton, we were greeted by the production team who could not of made us feel more welcome. The first thing I needed to do was to find some interesting articles in the papers so I could talk about them live on air. Once that bit was over, it was time to set up my grooming table and whilst grooming Ted, talk to Sasha about dog grooming and how to look after your own pet at home.

There was no time to think about nerves and before you knew it, the time had gone and it was home time. Graeme, Ted and I then made a bee line for West Key and find ourselves a fresh cup of coffee and reflect on our experiences! I very much enjoyed the time we spent there and maybe some of you actually heard me live on air??! Really there was little time to groom Ted in the time you were given, so I finished him off at home. A long overdue task!
